Approximately in 15 minutes I have received the letter on the address specified by me with the data earlier entered about and with the notice that they are in processing. A day later there has come the letter, informing that the data are brought in base RosNIIROS. Now it is possible to check up our presence in base with the help of service "Whois" on site RosNIIROS to the address http://www.ripn.net:8080/nic/whois/. We shall enter in the second line one of our identifiers (in my case - INSKIN-MNT-RIPN or HAROLD-RIPN) and we shall see our data. D'kej, we are present, and our data are correct. It is possible to pass to process of registration of domain names.

For the organization we shall begin registration of a domain name with entering this organization into database RosNIIROS. For this purpose we shall go again on www.ripn.net, " Registration of domains ", " Section for the registered clients ", " Webs - forms for registration ", the subitem " - the organizations ". What do we see? Correctly - search of the identifier of the organization! I for the organization " Belomorskij LDK " have chosen identifier BLDK [-ORG-RIPN], you can think up it  at own discretion. As usual, we press button " Continue " and we see the form for introduction of the data of the registered organization. Besides, to each field detailed comments so difficulties with filling should not be are given. To them we also shall go to be registered. On starting page of a site we shall see a field of search of the domain for registration. We shall enter a desirable domain name, in our case - BLDK, and we shall press "Ok". On the following page to us inform, that the domain name is free, and will suggest to reserve his  registration. D'kej, we press button " Reserve " and we pass to the following page on which we see the request to enter DNS-servers. If the domain name registered by you is not registered yet in DNS-servers (for example if you want to register it  now and to start to use then) we leave fields empty, differently we enter names and IP-addresses of servers. As I have agreed with the provider and he has registered the domain in the DNS-servers, having informed me thus their digital and symbolical names I in this case have specified them. We press "To continue" (to us it is necessary to do{make} it rather often). There is a following page - with cost of the chosen services. If you in the previous screen have not put a tick in a field " To use secondary RU-CENTER DNS-server " the price of services should make 20 at. e. (without taking into account the VAT). Again we press "To continue". On the next page at us will request number{room} of the contract and the password. We shall scroll the screen downwards and we shall choose the link " To obtain the data from RosNIIROS ". Those who for any reasons did not register the organization in base RosNIIROS, can fill also in offered{suggested} questionnaires and to receive number{room} of the contract directly in this form. After a choice of the link of data acquisition from RosNIIROS fields of data input will appear: The identifier of the organization (in our case BLDK [-ORG-RIPN]), an e-mail address and the password of a support service of the organization which is specified in field MNT-BY. In our case it will be e-mail and the password, belonging INSKIN-MNT-RIPN. After input of these data we press the button " To obtain the data " and at us there is a screen with the data of organization BLDK-ORG-RIPN. We press above the button " To pass the data ", and on the next page it is seen filled by the data of the organization the questionnaire. We waste the questionnaire downwards, we enter the password, we remember it , we put a tick " I has remembered the password " and we press the button " To send the questionnaire " then we receive page with the message, that our questionnaire is saved for the conclusion of the contract. Number{room} of the contract and the password, naturally, it is necessary to remember - they very much will be useful in the future. We press the button " To issue the order ". Now to us inform, that the order will enter processing under condition of the made contract with RU-CENTER and at presence of the sufficient sum on the personal bill of our contract. Also the opportunity to bill on payment of the reserved services will be given. First we shall write out the bill for what we shall press button " Bill ", not having forgotten to check up correctness of the sum. After pressing we shall pass on the following page where us will notify, that the bill to us is exposed, and will suggest to unpack{print out} his  copy for payment. We and shall make, then we shall go the printed bill to pay:-) Only do not forget, that legal persons should pay in view of the VAT.

Now we are clients RU-CENTER and we can, using number{room} of the contract and the password to look the data on the server. There has come time directly to conclude the contract. Now it is necessary to wait only while the contract will reach to the address, it will be assured, and one copy will return back. If our payment will pass earlier, than the contract the paid sum will be visible in item{point} " will subscribe Is blocked means ". After signing the contract, but before end of registration of the domain, the sum will be visible in items{points} " Is enlisted payments for the sum " and "Rest". On a course of registration of the domain to us there will come various letters, and will come on an e-mail address of that organization for which we register the domain. So, after signing the contract the notice will come, that " item{point} of the order [number{room}] from [date] has received the status 'is carried out' ".
